You tell Pokacal what you ate (by voice or text), and the app gives you a calorie estimate using AI.

- The app does not give health or medical advice

Pokacal uses AI (like OpenAI and Anthropic) to understand your input.
That means:
- It can misunderstand what you say
- It can make mistakes
- Results can vary
Think of it as a smart assistant — not a precise measuring tool.
You’re in control of how you use it
You decide how to use Pokacal and what to do with the results.
By using the app, you agree that:
- You use it at your own discretion
- You don’t rely on it for critical decisions
- You understand that results may not always be accurate
About accounts
You can use Pokacal:
- with an account (email or sign-in), or
- in guest mode (we create a technical anonymous account so the app works)
You’re responsible for how you use the app.
We may limit access if the service is misused.
About your data
We designed Pokacal to collect as little data as possible.
- Your detailed food history stays on your device
- We only store minimal data needed for the app to work
- AI providers process your input to generate results

Availability
We do our best to keep Pokacal running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be perfect.
